    Domestic/International Departures:

    For domestic flights. please select an availability that is 2 hours before your flight departure time. For international flights, please select an availability that is 3 hours before your departure time.

  • Airport Pick-Up Location Guide

    Hawaiian Airlines: Inter-Island and Mainland Flights (Baggage claim 6-11)

    From the baggage claim 11, please go outside and turn right and go straight to the end of the building. You will see the pickup spot right by the smoking area with two white umbrellas.

    Alaska, American, Air Canada, WestJet, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest (Baggage claim 16-21)

    Please use the crosswalk between baggage claim 19 & 20 to the center median. Pick up only on GREEN curbside marked areas.

    Delta Airlines and United Airlines (Baggage claim 22-31)

    ​​Please go out of the side exit door located right next to baggage carousel 31 with an overhead sign reading: PRE-ARRANGED 5. Please wait in the seating area until your driver arrives.

    International Flights

    Exit the terminal using exit DOOR 2, use the nearest crosswalk (between pole number 5 and 6) to the median. Pick up only on GREEN curbside marked areas.

  • Travelling by itself is quite stressful and we strive to help each of our customers every step of the way. Island Express Shuttle has a very modest cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations cancelled at least (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. In the event of a reservation being cancelled less than 4 hours of notice or a no-show, a refund will not be honored.

  • For all reservations, we require that you provide your arrival details of your flight so that we can track and anticipate your arrival. In the event that your flight is delayed, we will try our best to accommodate your changes and re-schedule your shuttle within our operating hours.

    Upon receiving notification of a delay, please contact our office as soon as possible.

    For cancellations, we are able to offer credit that will go towards rescheduled shuttle.

  • Island Express Shuttle currently services the island of Oahu.

  • Our Ford Transit buses have a maximum capacity of 10 passengers per vehicle that come well-equipped with multi-zone air-conditioning, tinted windows, high-ceiling cabins, and ample luggage space.

    Our Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban SUVs fit 5 adults comfortably with room for (6) pieces of luggage.

    Our entire fleet is also GPS-tracked for our customer’s safety.

  • You can your reservation within 48hrs by calling (808) 944-1879 or email us with your confirmation number to make any changes.

  • Before you finalize your order, you will have a chance to review and confirm the details, such as the payment method and product information. We will send you a notification when we accept your order, which will complete the contract between us.

    In other words, you will have a chance to see all of the details of your order and make any changes before you finalize it. Once we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation, and the contract between us will be complete.

  • For departure transfers, please arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Double-check your flight departure times. IES Hawai’i is not responsible for missed flights. Please allow us a 10-minute grace period for unexpected traffic conditions.

    Natural features and phenomena are subject to seasons and weather and are beyond our control. IES Hawai’i is not responsible for significant delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unexpected circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel or modify scheduled transfers. IES Hawai’i will not be responsible or liable for any delays, injuries, losses, accidents, or damages to persons or personal property that are beyond our control.

  • Please make sure all the information you provide when booking is accurate, as IES Hawai’i is not responsible for guest errors. We understand that mistakes happen, so please carefully review your reservation confirmation email and let us know immediately if you need to make any changes.

  • You must pay in full at the time of booking to reserve your seat. Payment must be in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. You will receive a confirmation code for each successful booking. Please keep this code on hand and provide it when calling for changes or assistance.
