Confirm and travel
Once you’re happy with the plan, we confirm the booking. Your coordinator receives full trip details, driver information, and a contact number for the day. We show up on time — and we get everyone back safely.

For one-off field trips and events, we recommend booking at least one week in advance — earlier during busy periods like the start and end of the school year. For recurring programs, reach out as early as possible so we can plan vehicle allocation around your schedule.
