Wedding Transportation, Done Right.
Guest shuttles, wedding party transfers, and venue runs across O’ahu — coordinated around your timeline so your day stays on schedule.
Every leg of the day, covered.
Wedding transportation on O’ahu involves more moving parts than most couples anticipate — guests spread across multiple hotels, a venue that may be miles from Waikīkī, a ceremony and reception that don’t happen in the same place, and an after-party that runs later than planned. We’ve done this enough times to know what can go wrong, and how to make sure it doesn’t.
Guest shuttles Scheduled runs between hotels and your ceremony or reception venue. We coordinate pickup timing, communicate with guests, and make sure no one misses the ceremony because they couldn’t find a ride.
Wedding party transfers Getting the wedding party — and everything that comes with them — from the hotel to the ceremony venue on time and without stress. We account for hair and makeup running long.
Ceremony to reception transfers If your ceremony and reception are at different locations, we handle the in-between. Guests stay together and arrive together.
End-of-night returns After-party returns to hotels, late-night pickups, and multi-stop drop-offs. We stay until the night is done.
Rehearsal dinner transportation The night before matters too. We can handle rehearsal dinner pickups and returns for the wedding party and immediate family.
Day-after transfers Brunch pickups, airport transfers for departing guests, or a morning-after vehicle for the newlyweds. We can extend the service beyond the wedding day itself.
Wedding Transportation
What every wedding transportation booking includes.
Professional drivers Experienced, well-presented, and easy to work with. They understand that weddings run on emotion as much as schedule — and they bring calm, professional energy to every pickup.
Custom routing Every wedding is different. We build the route around your venues, your guest hotels, and your timeline — not a pre-set shuttle loop.
Coordinator communication All logistics go through your designated coordinator — wedding planner, family member, or you directly. One point of contact, clear communication, no confusion.
Built-in flexibility Timelines shift on wedding days. We know this. We build buffer into the schedule and stay in communication so we can adjust without it becoming a problem.
Right-sized vehicles From a single executive SUV for the wedding party to multiple shuttles for large guest counts, we match the vehicle to the job. See our fleet page for options.
Day-of contact Your driver’s direct number is in your confirmation. If anything changes on the day — a delayed ceremony, extra guests, a venue change — you reach us directly.

Weddings run late — we plan for it

We handle the logistics. You focus on the day.
Step 1
Share your timeline
Tell us the basics: your wedding date, approximate guest count, hotel(s), venue(s), and the shape of the day — ceremony time, reception start, expected end time. You don’t need a finalized schedule — a rough picture is enough to start.
Step 2
We build your transportation plan
We’ll come back with a recommended vehicle or vehicle configuration, a routing plan that covers every leg of the day, and a clear quote. For straightforward single-venue weddings, this is fast. For multi-venue days with large guest counts, we’ll take a bit more time to get the plan right.
Step 3
Confirm, then relax
Once you’re happy with the plan, we confirm the booking. As the date approaches we’ll be in touch to finalize timing details and make sure everything is set. On the day, your coordinator has a direct contact for the driver — and we handle any last-minute adjustments so you don’t have to.
The calm in the middle of a big day.
Wedding days have enough moving parts. Your transportation shouldn’t be one of the things you’re worrying about. We’ve been coordinating group transportation on O’ahu since 1995 — we know this island, we know how to keep a schedule, and we know how to handle the unexpected without it becoming your problem.
To many more wedding days!
Questions about wedding transportation:
As early as possible — especially for peak wedding season in Hawaiʻi. We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before the date, and earlier for large guest counts or complex multi-venue logistics. Popular dates book out quickly.
Yes — multi-hotel guest shuttles are one of the most common setups we coordinate. Tell us where your guests are staying and we’ll build a pickup route that collects everyone without running excessively long.
It usually does, and we plan for it. We build buffer into the schedule between the ceremony and the next pickup leg. Your driver will stay in communication with your coordinator so we can adjust in real time if needed.
Yes. It’s common to have a dedicated vehicle for the wedding party — separate from the guest shuttle loop — so the couple and wedding party travel together on their own timing. We can run both simultaneously or stagger them depending on the day’s structure.
Yes — we can coordinate arrival and departure airport transfers for out-of-town wedding guests as part of the overall transportation package, or as a separate booking. See our airport shuttle page for details, or mention it when you request your quote.
Yes, and we prefer it. If you have a wedding planner or coordinator, loop them in when you reach out — it makes the planning process smoother and ensures the right person has the driver’s contact details on the day.
