What is the cancellation policy for Island Express Shuttle?

Island Express Shuttle offers a full refund for reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to both online and phone reservations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. For cancellations made outside the 24-hour window, a credit may be applied toward a rescheduled shuttle ride.

What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?

Island Express Shuttle tracks all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed, we will rebook you on the next available shuttle. If no seats are available, you will receive a credit for a future ride. If your flight arrives earlier than expected, we will rebook you on an earlier shuttle if seating permits. Please contact our office as soon as possible after receiving notification of a delay or early arrival. When selecting your time slot, allow 40–60 minutes after landing to deplane, collect your luggage, and proceed to your pickup location.

How do I change my reservation?

You can change your reservation within 48 hours by calling (808) 944-1879 or by emailing us with your confirmation number. Please have your confirmation code ready when contacting us.

How do I select the correct shuttle availability for my arrival?

For arriving shared and private reservations, we will adjust your scheduled pickup time to the most suitable available time based on your actual arrival. For example, if you land at 12:40 PM and book a 1:00 PM shuttle, we will likely reschedule you to the 2:00 PM shuttle to allow sufficient time to collect your baggage and reach your pickup location. Please allow 40–60 minutes after landing to deplane, collect luggage, and walk to your pickup point.

How much luggage can I bring?

Our Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban SUVs fit five adults comfortably with room for six pieces of luggage. For larger parties or more luggage, the Ford Transit seats up to ten with ample luggage space.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Pickup points depend on your airline and terminal. Your confirmation email includes detailed instructions, and our arrival instructions cover every terminal of HNL.

Can I bring my pet?

Crated pets are welcome on private services, provided they’re in a secure, well-ventilated carrier that fits safely in the vehicle. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Service animals, as defined under the ADA, are always welcome.
