Airport Pick-Up Location Guide
Hawaiian Airlines
Domestic / Inter-Island Flights: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and turn left and walk towards baggage claim #6 until you reach “Pre-Arranged 1”. Your driver will be waiting in this area for your pickup.
International Flights: Please use the crosswalk at baggage claim #16 and cross over to the middle median where it is labeled “Pre-Arranged #3”. Your driver will be waiting in this area for your pickup.
Delta and United Airlines
From inside the baggage claim area, walk towards baggage claim #31. When you get to baggage claim #31, to the right of the bathrooms there will be a sign that reads “Pre-Arranged #5”. Walk out through the automatic doors and you will find a waiting area. Please wait here until your driver arrives.
Alaska, American, Air Canada, WestJet, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest Airlines

Travelling by itself is quite stressful and we strive to help each of our customers every step of the way. Island Express Shuttle has a very modest cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations cancelled at least (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. In the event of a reservation being cancelled less than 4 hours of notice or a no-show, a refund will not be honored.
